What is the minimum stay?
Most Kandor Homes residences require a minimum 30-day stay, with flexibility for longer corporate assignments and insurance ALE placements.
What is included in the rent?
Our furnished homes are move-in ready: full furniture, kitchenware, linens, Wi-Fi, utilities (within a reasonable cap), and professional cleaning at turnover.
Do you allow pets?
Many of our residences are pet-friendly with a pet fee and monthly pet rent. Pet policy varies by property — confirm in your inquiry.
Do you bill insurance carriers directly for ALE claims?
Yes. We work directly with insurance adjusters on ALE (Additional Living Expense) claims, including direct billing and W-9 on request.
