  • • This residence is the front house on a duplex property. The driveway, patio, and laundry access are shared with the back house.
  • • Parking is limited to the assigned space directly in front of Unit 101, to the right of the fountain. Please do not park near the garage in the back and do not block neighboring driveways.
  • • Laundry access is shared. Please do not leave clothes unattended and always close the laundry room door after use.
  • • Trash pickup day is Monday. Management will place bins out Sunday evening and return them after service.
  • • USPS / mailbox access is not permitted. No USPS delivery or mail forwarding to the property address. Private carrier packages may be allowed if removed the same day.
  • • No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No outdoor music is allowed.
  • • This is a smoke-free property. Smoking violations may result in additional charges.
  • • All overnight guests must be registered in advance. Any unauthorized overnight guest may result in additional charges.
  • • Please do not activate or use the security system during the stay. It is for staff use only.
  • • The neighborhood is generally quiet, but there is an elementary school across the street, so some traffic may be present on school days.
  • • For stays longer than 30 days, a mandatory maintenance cleaning is required every 30 days and may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • • Availability is subject to change until the reservation is confirmed and funds are received.
