- • This residence is the back house on a duplex property. The driveway entrance, patio, and laundry access are shared with the front house.
- • Parking is limited to the designated space outside the garage at the rear. The garage itself is not available for parking, and guests must not block the driveway at any time.
- • Laundry access is shared. Please do not leave clothes unattended and always close the laundry room door after use.
- • Trash pickup day is Monday. Management will place bins out Sunday evening and return them after service.
- • USPS / mailbox access is not permitted. No USPS delivery or mail forwarding to the property address. Private carrier packages may be allowed if removed the same day.
- • No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. No outside music is allowed.
- • This is a smoke-free property. Smoking violations may result in additional charges.
- • All overnight guests must be registered in advance. Any unauthorized overnight guest may result in additional charges.
- • Please do not activate or use the security system during the stay. It is for staff use only.
- • For stays longer than 30 days, a mandatory maintenance cleaning is required every 30 days and may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
